Founded in May, 2005, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, Wuhu Huaxin Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located in the ruins of ancient human-Suncun Town, Fanchang County, which is close to Wuhu-Tonglin Road, with Nanjing-Tonglin Freeway and Yanjiang Freeway nearby. So our transportation is very convenient.
Organization
Our company is a private stock enterprise with RMB 12million of registered capital. We are equipped with six departments.
1. Comprehensive Department is responsible for the constitution and execution of quality policy and quality objective, human resource allocation, management, and training, as well as the operation of quality system.
2. Production Department is responsible for production schedule, quality, safety, human allocation, and product delivery during the course of production. It controls mould development plant, casting branch factory, No.1 casting plant, No.2 casting plant, No.1 resin plant, No.2 resin plant, cleaning plant, and metalworking plant and storage.
3. Technical Center is responsible for the research and development of new products, inspection and the test of raw materials and product quality. It controls lab and quality inspection office.
4. Management Department is responsible for the communication with customers and feeding back customers' information to each department in time.
5. Purchasing Department is responsible for material purchasing.
6. Financial Department is responsible for cost calculation, found and account management.
Main equipment and products
Our company is in possession of one 10t/h resin sand production line, one 20t/h resin sand production line, one 7T cupola, one 5T cupola, one 3T cupola, one 1T middle-frequency induction electric cooker, one set of shot blasting equipment (Blasting diameter is 6m at most and the weight of single machine is 30T.), one set of 40T heat treatment room, five sets of 20T vehicles and 8 sets of 10T vehicles. Besides, our metalworking plant is equipped with the most advanced NC machining centers, NC machine tools, vertical machine tools, milling machines, planers, and drill presses and lathes. With these advanced equipment, we are able to produce various precise of cast products.
Our company specializes in the production of various grey cast iron and spheroidal graphite iron, as well as the processing and distribution of NC machine tools and the development of cast products. Our main products include machine tool cast parts (posts, machine bodies, and lift tables), auto and ship cast parts (wheels, brake drums, and transmission cases), pipe and value cast parts (butterfly valves, brake valves, check valves, and hydraulic pumps), and mining machine cast parts. We are able to produce 18,000 tons of various top precise cast products per year (Single cast part is 30t at most).
Quality assurance and quality control
Our company owns the most advanced lab equipped with one set of 60t digital displayed universal test machine, one set of high-frequency infrared carbon & sulphur analysis instrument, one set of quick analysis instrument, one set of digital displayed multi-element automatic analysis instrument, one spectrophotometer, one Brienll hardness tester, one portable hardness tester, and one metallurgic microscope. We also own a multifunctional chemical confection room for measuring and analyzing various machines' chemical and mechanical properties.
Presently, we have 15 senior technical persons (of senior titles), 23 professional technical persons, 20 machine tool workers and lots of skilled workers engaged in casting for over 20 years. Besides, our company also keeps introducing advanced production technology and professional talents to strengthen the investment for technology, research and development to provide more quality services for customers.
