1. Location: Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd. Located in Lingwu city, Ningxia Autonomous region of China, is only 2 hours car ride to Alashan----the heart of the finest cashmere in the world.
2. Fiber process line: The company produces both dehaired cashmere and cashmere tops. There are 18 Italian made cashmere top combing machines with an annual capacity of 240 tons cashmere top made from Chinese white for white cashmere fiber, Mongolian light grey and brown cahsmere fiber. With 248 dehairing machines of the latest model. It is the biggest cashmere fiber processing operation in China and in the world as well, which produces 650 tons of cashmere fiber on dehaired basis.
3. Spinning mill: We have 5 spinning lines and annual output capability of yarn is 240 tons.
4. Knitting mill: There are 463 sets of Manual knitting looms, 80 sets of stoll computerized knitting machines, covering gauge range of 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and can produce 1500 thousand pieces of cashmere sweaters per year.
5. Certificate: ISO9001 (2000) mangement status was approved on Aug. 13th, 2002.
6. Products: Cashmere Fiber and Cashmere Tops; Sweaters, Scarves, Gloves and so on.
7. Customers: Cashmere fiber and tops are sold to spinners in Italy, UK an dJapan. Sweaters are sold to Europe, USA and Japan.
8. Our strength: 1) We're the biggest manufacturer and exporter of dehaired cashmere and cashmere tops in China. The quality of our dehaired cashmere and tops is so far the best in China. We supply to some of the most famous Italian and UK spinners like BP, Cariage, Todd and Duncan etc. 2) We have the dyeing and spinning mill which enable us to control the yarn spinning process and yarn quality. 3) Our factory is equipped with 80 sets of the most advanced Stoll knitting machines of main gauges and 463 hand knitting machines.
