Polyurethane products produced by our company have excellent performances including corrosion/solvent/tear/ozone/radiation/oxidation/hydrolysis resistance, well anti-compression & shock-absorbing features, high bending intensity and low permanent set of compression. Our prominent wearable performance is about 5 times more than natural rubber, oil resistance is 3-5 times more than Buna-N and the compressibility is 65% under high temperature. Polyurethane product has a large scope of hardness (can adjust it from 15A to 98A) and strong adhesive with metal. As a fast developing new-type macromolecule material, it is widely applied in national defense, mine (metallurgy, coal and gold), oil field, chemical, water-power engineering, printing, punch machinery, paper making, shoemaking, tobacco, textile, mechanicals, electronics, medical, automobile and architectural ceramic industries.
