Genertec International Corporation is composed of eight business departments in Beijing, eight subsidiaries in other parts of China and three overseas organizations, which constitutes a big business network. The staff have established worldwide business relations and gained rich experiences in import and export of large industrial raw materials such as chemical raw materials and coke, mineral products, steel, timber, light industrial products, textiles and some other general commodities. It adopts flexible business modes such as (a) import and export of general commodities or act as agent;(b) imports and exports of technologies;(c) processing of buyer's materials or on supplied samples, assembling of supplied parts, and compensation trade;(d) counter trade and transit trade;(e) sino-foreign joint venture business and cooperative production;(f) domestic sales of the above imported and exported goods. Over the past years, steel is the major import and export commodity with annual trade over 100 million US dollars; the commodities with annual export value over 10 millon US dollars include STPP (chemical raw materials) , timber, zinc, coke, textiles, shoes and lighting equipment. The commodities with annual export value exceeding five million US dollars are stainless steel products, baggage, stationery, tourists' products, timber products and toys. The export of STTP and shoes plays an important role in China's export of similar products. Some of Genertec International's export commodities are the source of world famous chain stores such as Wal-Mart. For some export products, Genertec International directly controls the purchasing of raw material, the manufacturing and the quality inspection.
