Laizhou Hongli Nonwovens Co., Ltd. imported a whole line of PP spunbonded nonwovens from Italy in 1993. We have a capacity of 3000 tons nonwoven fabric per year. We use PP chips as raw materials to produce nonwoven fabric of 14gsm to 180gsm by melting, spinning, webbing and calendaring. We are the only one who imports equipment in Shandong Province.
The PP nonwoven fabric we produced is 3.2 meters wide, free to cut and with different widths for you to choose. We have all kinds of colors to satisfy you. Our products have features as even webbing, high toughness, wear-resistance, suitable softness and hardness, acid-resistance, non-poisonous, non-moth, ventilated, waterproof, easy oil-absorbing, easy washing, 0.9/cm3 specific gravity and 160 centigrade degrees soft point.
Our PP nonwoven fabric is sold at international and domestic markets. Its favorable specification and low price especially suit for diaper, table napkin, lining cloth, operating cloth, gauze mask, cap and shoe covers. It is used only for once. It also can be widely used in furniture, chemical industry, decoration packing, automobile, building material and other service field. Furthermore, it can be used as civil engineering cloth, industrial filtering cloth, oil absorbing cloth, insulating cloth and articles for traveling and daily use. Our company newly researched and produced a new variety of products: 18gsm anti-ageing fabric. It has such good specifications as anti-moth eating, anti-wind and dust, anti-frost and anti-illumination. It is now sold to Europe, the Middle East, India and other countries and regions. It is warmly welcomed by international and domestic customers.
