We manage our 2 factories(Wenzhou Bossman Gold Pen Co.,Ltd and Chongqing Hailing Piston Ring Co.,Ltd). And our main business is help them to develop international business.

On July 1994 a Sino-French joint venture company was formed with the integration of the company France Bossman International on their location in the C-2 Industrial Area of Xincheng, China.
Our company is known for producing European style pen models of the highest quality levels.
We specialize in producing fountain pens with gold nibs and Iridium points, roller pens, mechanical pencils and promotional gift sets. We produce over 1100 different models and 120 gift sets.
Since our pens are unique we have obtained patent protection for their design and performance.
We are currently exporting to more than 60 countries. Our main markets are in Europe, United States, Canada, Japan, Korea and the Middle East. Our success is based on the acceptance of our excellent quality pens and pencils that are highly praised by Chinese and foreign customers alike.
Our company has been honored as Chinese queen of pen maker and the famous brand company of pen, and meanwhile, passed ISO9001-2000 international quality system in 2003.

------------------------CHONGQING HAILING PISTON RING CO.,LTD was established through structural reform of the original No.1 piston factory of Sanai Hailing Industrial Co.,Ltd, which grew out of the original Machine-Industry Ministry Hailing No .3 Parts factory. It moved form shanghai to Fuling Sichuan in 1996, after merger of Hailing Company and Sanai Company in 1997,it has become a specialized branch factory under Sanai Hailing Company(a listed company) .It's now a member unit of National Cylinder Liner and Piston Ring Industrial Association and a member unit of Piston and Piston Ring Branch Committee under National Special Standardization and Technology Committee.
With 37 years of experience in producing piston rings, it has tremendous productive and technical strength. Its products have been awarded the honorable title of Provincial or Ministry-level Quality Products. It also produces auxiliary products for more than ten domestic diesel engine manufactures such as Yuchai and Luotuo Company.
Now we contributed fixed assets more than 15,000,000RMB, possesses more than 300 employees, including 19 technicians(3enior engineers, and 5Intermediate engineers). More than 200sets equipments, annual production capacity of 40,000,000pcs.
The Company also provides piston rings and sealing rings of various materials such as alloy cast iron, spheroidal cast iron(KV1),steel,and other kinds of materials for the engines and combustion engines used in all models of domestic and foreign the automobiles, cars, tractors , motorcycles, and the marine and mining machinery. The products have been exported to many countries such as East Europe, South America, South Asia and Africa etc.
