Established in 1983, Zhejiang Byfine Valve Co., Ltd. (BFV) is a professional valve manufacturer, integrating design, production, examination and sale into a body in the field of valves. The main products are gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves, strainers, API 5L pipes and others. BFV is a high and new technology enterprise which covers an area of 26,000 square meters. BFV has more than 240 sets of excellent and modernized machines for processing valves and heat treatment equipment. BFV also possesses a test lab with various examination equipment for material chemical composition analysis, physical property and non-destructive examinations, such as RT, UT, MT and PT.
BFV has been a member unit of China Valve Association and a network member unit of China Petroleum & Natural Gas Group for more than 10 years in manufacturing valves. There is a perfect quality management system certified by international certificates, such as ISO9001, API6D and CE, successively. Nowadays, BFV has more than 42 engineers & technicians and 220 workers and introduces the most advanced and specialized equipment from Japan. Meanwhile, BFV cooperates with the valve institutes in Beijing of China, and continuously adapts new techniques, new materials and new technology and develops new products. BFV has acquired several patents in the valve industry. Pressure balanced plug valve meets national new technical patent and was awarded creative fund supported by the Technology Department of China.
Over 65% of our valve products are exported to foreign countries and regions, covering North America, Europe, Oceania, Africa and the Mid East, such as the USA, the UK, Italy, Australia, South Africa, Indonesia, Kuwait, Czech, the Netherlands, Spain and more. Our annual output is more than 4900 tons.
