We are a world-class manufacturer and supplier in the large-scale professional casting of water glass process in China. We have steel casting foundry and CNC machining factory with an annual production capability of 8,000 tons of precision castings and finished products, which are mainly exported to Europe, America and Japan.
Our factory was established in 2001, covering a total area of 35000 square meters and now has more than 400 employees, including 10 engineers and 50 technicians. We are also equipped with large-scale and new types of energy-saving & environment-friendly production flow lines of lost wax casting process, heat treatment equipment and complete and advanced CNC machining equipment. Besides, our company has advanced and complete inspection equipment in the investment casting industry, including Spectrometers, Metallographic Microscopes, Tension Testers, Low Temperature Impact testers, X-ray testers, MPT, Portable MPT, UT and CMM. With advanced facilities, we're able to supply the precise finished products to our customers, and make the products meet their overall inspection requirements.
Our products are widely applied and almost cover all fields that involve mechanical manufacturing equipment. Usually, we produce according to customers' drawings or samples and focus on the material categories of carbon steel and low alloy steel. Up to the present, more than 70 specific material specifications and 2,000 kinds of products have been developed and produced in our company.
Breaking out of the traditional practice that foundries only provide OEM castings, our company has created the new sale concept which is providing solutions, terminal products and customer services. We focus on the development of high-quality products and top-end markets and strive to increase product added value for our core competitiveness. Except for domestic supply, our products are mainly exported to foreign markets, such as the USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the UK, France, Australia and Canada.
