Hangzhou Zhongxing Textiles Mill is located at the bank of the beautiful and magnificent Qian Tang Jiang River. Original name is Hangzhou No.2 Cotton Mill. It was first founded in 1958 and is now a main textile production and export -oriented enterprise of Zhejiang Province on a middle scale. It possesses the total assets about RMB two hundred million Yuan, It occupies an area of 177,926 square metres of land. It is 2,740 workers and staff members in the mill now, of which more than one hundred are technicials.
Production Capacity: Ring-spinning spindlage 57,000. With a TRUTZSCHLER blowing-carding machinery made in Germany and RETER drawing frame made in Switzerland and auto-winding frames made in Japan. Air-spinning machines with 2,120 heads made in Czechoslovakia. Thread spindlage 19000.
Looms 660 sets, among which 96 sets of air-jet looms are made in Japan,44 sets of Sulzer projectile looms are made in Switzerland,520 sets of shuttle looms containing 264 sets of jacquards looms. A set of high speed Benninger warping machine is made in Switzerland,2 sets of Sucker sizing machine are made in Germany.10 sets of domestic double twister are equipped with.
Every year the mill turns out 10,000 tons of pure cotton and blended yarn& 20 million meters of fabrics.
The main textiles for export are:7s ~100s yarns of carded, combed, color-woven cotton, T/C, chemical fibre, Tencel, blending. Width 47 ~103? Cotton, chemical fibre, viscose, T/C, Tencel, Lycra and so on, poplin, twill, fabrics for making feather quilt, Jcquards, crepe and shirting. Grey, bleacher dyed or print.
