Zhejiang Dongbin Rubber Machinery Screw Co., Ltd. is one of ten screw corporations in Zhoushan. We are specialized in producing screws and barrels for both pin-type hot-feed and cold-feed extruders. Our production capacity is over 1500 sets per year. Our company has been entitled "advanced private enterprise" in Zhoushan for many times.Equipped with advanced machines, such as drilling machines, boring machines for deep hole process, NC milling machines and other precise equipment, we have advanced techniques and over ten years' manufacturing experience in producing barrels and screws of rubber machinery. Our raw material is 38CrMoAIA from famous Bao Steel Company. Our products are made by hardening, tempering, forming, correct grinding, surface nitriding, bimetal spraying and polishing. Our products have the characteristics of better precise, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. We are able to design and manufacture products according to customers' samples and special requirements. At the same time, we can repair old worn screws and barrels by using bimetal recovery technology. After repairing, the life time can be increased by three to five times than normal nitriding ones.We participate in many domestic and oversea exhibitions, and provide products with high quality and the best price for customers. Since 1997, we have been providing barrels and screws for Guilin Rubber Institute and other Guilin OEM rubber machinery. Also our products have been provided to American RMS Machinery, Shanghai Jinyuan, Michelin, BRIDGESTONE, Yokohama Tire, SUMITOMO Tire, Giti Tire, Cooper Chengshan Tire, DOUBLE COIN Holding LTD, Guizhou Tire Group, Triangle Group, Aeolus Tyre, etc., and have won good popularity from our customers.With a group of quality inspection staff and advanced testing equipment, we have set up a complete quality system and were ISO9001:2008 certified in 2009.
