For our rich experience in car entertainment systems, we pay special attention to the materials used for cars, such as DVD loaders. We use FORYOU Car SPEC DVD loaders so as to avoid any break in high temperature environment, especially in the Middle East. Therefore, it's highly guaranteed that all product materials of our factory were well chosen, modified and strictly tested before use.
We got CE, FCC and FDA approvals through the following items:
1) Aging test (4 hours)
2) QA sampling test (36 hours to 72 hours)
3) Temperature test (-30 - 80 Celsius Degrees)
4) Humidity test (0% RH to 100% RH)
5) All function and in-car tests for new products
6) Incoming material qualification
7) Inspection sampling rate: AQL Level 1
