Our enterprise is specialized in producing various types of modules, bars, flanges, rollers and other mechanical cylinders. We are equipped with three forging machines, 10-ton electro-hydraulic hammer machines with 10-ton manipulator which corresponds as 2,000-ton hydraulic press, three high-temperature annealing furnaces and two spheroidizing annealing furnaces. And we can provide deep processing services such as forging, heat treatment, turning and milling.
Our steel production system adopts combined process routes of EAF+LF (VD), EAF+ ESR and MXSSC. We are able to produce a variety of tool & die steel for different uses according to advanced international standards of JIS, DIN, ANSI, BS, GB or customers' requirements.
