With 2 factories located in Guangdong China, currently we produce over than 70 million pcs of LEDs a month and still on the trend to grow steadily. This growth is mainly contributed to ultra bright LED lamps. Around 70 percent of our total output are export to the overseas markets, mainly to Asia, Europe and North America.
To enasure high standard quality, we source the wafer materials from first-rate suppliers in Taiwan, Japan and the U. S. And for the sake of quality consistency, we have imported fully automatic equipment including die-attaching machines, wire bonding machines, epoxy dipping lines and testing equipments. Sources of the equipment include ASM of Netherlands and makers in Taiwan. We manufacture LEDs c omplying with world operations and engineering standards. All of our export LEDs are sorted to meet customers sepcific applications.
Apart from high qualtiy level, the low operation and labouring cost in mainland China enable us to offer more competitive prices than our counterparts worldwide.. In the meantime, automated machines and effiecient management make us able to deliver LEDs in realtively shorter time than many of our competitors. Lead-time for ultra brigth LEDs is only ten days while delivery of LED displays and SMD LEDs takes two to three weeks. New custom designs take 3 to 4 weeks.
