Shenzhen HAMLY Electronic Co., Ltd. is a joint venture which specializes in producing rigid PCB from single-sided type to 16 layer type, aluminum base PCB, rigid-flex PCB with thick gold, blind/buried holes, HDI, metal cores, metal foil resistors, thick copper foil and mixed dielectric. Established in 2002, our factory has an area of more than 8000 square meters and more than 500 employees. We invested RMB eight million at the beginning, forming a characteristic management system for quick turn prototype production. We can deliver single-sided/double-sided PCB within 3 days, multi-layer PCB within 5 days and extremely urgent prototypes within 24 hours. We can reach the production capacity of more than one hundred models, which can win the market for the customers with high quality and on-time delivery.

We have a number of engineers with rich strength, experience & technology and advanced top-ranking PCB equipment for designing, production & quality control. The machines are imported from the USA, Japan and Germany, such as CNC drilling machines, milling machines, exposure machines, automatic PTH lines, plated gold-nickel production lines, plated tin production lines and Self-Environmental Treatment Projects, which have improved production testing and technology ability. At the same time we also have Laser direct imaging, high-frequency board production, characteristic impedance control, blind buried hole production, electrochemical plated nickel-gold, Immersion tin w/o lead and HAL lead-free/ Flying Probe Test Technology, which have made us ahead of the industry in the PCB line. In addition, we also provide one-stop service with the assembly service and decrypted chips.
