IGI Construction Ltd. was founded in 2003 by a dynamic team of two brothers, George and Ioannis Ioannou, a Civil engineer and an Architect, with a goal to provide a new approach for construction industry and to bring to Cyprus their experience gain during the years worked abroad.
This new approach is characterized by the company motto "Building your Dreams" which mean to meet the needs of our clients, respecting the highest quality standards. For this reason we have built a reputation which is synonymous with quality, efficiency and speed.
Our aim is to continually develop and improve our standards and systems in order to deliver a high quality built project, in a cost effective and efficient manner, by working together as a team with all parties that are involved in any particular project.
Technical department is well equipped to handle local and international tenders and is supported by experienced Estimators, Planning Engineers and Draughtsman, and is headed by an experienced Technical Manager.
The management and operation of tender and technical records are computerized and maintained with the help of latest software.
