Smelta OU is an international company involved in wholesale of decorative materials, distribution of LED lamps and shop equipment. The company is based on Estonian capital and was incorporated in 1997. At that time the company was involved solely in sale and installation of retail store equipment.
Beginning from 2001 Smelta OU has entered into a new business field - trading and wholesale distribution of wallpaper and wall coverings, as well as adhesives. Since then we have expanded our business throughout the Baltic Region, as well as Russia and Eastern Europe. During the following years we have earned a reputation of a reliable and professional business partner, who is able to deliver quality at a reasonable price. Our clients include wholesalers, individuals retailers and big DIY store chains.
In the year 2010 due to the rise in electricity costs, the company decided to enter Baltic Region with an innovative LED lamps and LED luminaires for industrial needs. The innovative and energy saving LED products help our customers to increase their bottom line and make possible to reinvest additional profits to sustain growth.
Since the year 2011, Smelta OU is the official representative for Ledel in Estonia. All of our products own EU accepted certificates.
