1. Buyer and bank issuing the L/ C
2. Commodity
3. Quantity (complete details if it is a one time shipment or a contract over a period of time)
4. Specifications of commodity
5. Terms: FOB / CIF / CNF
6. Reasonable Target Price
7. Port of discharge / Place of delivery
8. Shipment date
9. Commission / brokerage / agency fee if any
10. Any other information, which is pertinent (PG / Insurance / PB / Inspection, etc., )
