Since ancient times the sacred olive tree is being cultivated at the area of Monemvasia, Lakonia-Greece. From these trees we get the well known olive oil of Lakonia-Southern Greece. The combination of the area's climate, soil, and the fine variety of the local olive trees, give this olive oil its high guality, a golden-green colour and a fruity flavour / aroma. The production is made by natural processes in our family's modern mill. The time from harvest to pressing is short in order not to alter / lose its valuable nutrient.
