We are a Hong Kong company and have a 100% Hong Kong owned wooden toys and wooden products factory in China. Our China factory - Harvard (Qingxin) Arts and Crafts Factory Limited is located in Qingyuan, Guangdon Province. We have a long history and experience for production of top quality items for the U.S.A and Japan. The factory was set up in 1993, almost 20 years ago, and we have since established ourselves as a reliable manufacturer of quality wooden toys and wooden products at reasonable prices. Our Business Approach: to do the best we can to provide quality and value to our customers on a consistent basis. We will never compromise on quality. We put the interest of our customers ahead of ours to eliminate the risks and uncertainties in toys imports from China. Quality is our #1 concern and we address this concern by the following approach: 1. Material - we use only top grade material for our production. Wood selection is extremely strict and there are no objectionable blemishes or imperfections in the wood. The MDF and plywood used in our factory are of E0 quality and are also CARB Phase II compliant. The painting material, glue, metal hardware etc. are either imported or sourced from Hong Kong and Taiwan factories to reduce the possibility that they might be tainted. Furthermore, they are frequently tested to ensure conformity and compliance to USA and EU standards. 2. Production - we do not use any sub-contractors. To ensure quality and safety, every piece of our product is made in-house in our factory. Nothing is sent outside for sub-contracting. 3. Quality guarantee - as all aspects of our production is controlled inside our factory, our quality is very consistent and there is no chance of a bad shipment or a bad piece slipping through our quality control system. We stand behind our production and we guarantee the quality of our products, every single shipment, every single piece, 100%. 4. risk free - there are thousands of wood factories in China but importing from China should not be a risky venture. The key is to work with a factory who has the necessary engineering and technical knowledge and experience to make a quality product. More importantly, the Harvard factory has your interest at heart and will not try to shave a couple of pennies from the product by cutting corners and ship you sub-standard merchandise.
