Nationalpak Limited is a packaging manufacturer who has been in this industry since 1978. We provide quality packaging for watch, jewelry, eyewear, pen, cosmetic case as well as watch winder box. We also produce top of counter display, in-case display, trays as well as carry-on items for salesperson.
Our main office is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. We have 4 production plants in China:
* Our original plant in Sha Jin Town Plant, Shenzhen since 1980s,
* The 41 acres production plant in Da Lin Shan District, Dongguan since 1996,
* Our newly built plant in Xin Tang Industrial District, Dongguan, is responsible for our cosmetic case division as well as our regular gift box production*The latest developed in Longnan County plan, Jiangxi Province has just completed the 2nd phrase of construction. This 110 acres land is currently capable of employing over 2, 000 workers. The 3rd phrase is under planning for construction in the beginning of 2008.
We are currently employing over 4, 000 workers with over 100 production lines; with this capacity, we are capable of producing over 150, 000 pieces of packaging box each day. Our factory is able to maintain 95% of the production flow in-house including our own creative design team with our professional artists to develop custom-made prototypes. On our production lines, we are applying 'JIT' system, which allow us to produce products in a minimum time frame with the most effective output and the lowest defective rate, and this is how we maintain our good price to the market. In order to improve consistently to the international standard, we have achieved ISO 9001: 2000 certification from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Since 1999; we have also achieved ISO 14000: 2004 in 2007, this proves our quality service and our commitment to protecting the environment in a recognized standard. We have also installed a fully integrated ERP computer software system to perfect our production and information control to enhance customer services and to ensure prompt delivery of high quality products meeting and exceeding customer's expectations.
We own over 500 valid Invention, Utility, Designs and Trademark patents registered in European Community Countries, U. S. A., Japan, PRC and Hong Kong, this evidences our full commitment to the practice of Intellectual Properties protection worldwide.
