Premier king ltd was established in Hong kong since 1999 with a well-facilitated factory setting up in pearl river delta. Our factory has been audited and qualified by ISO 9001 successfully with certificate registration no.0410021323
We are mainly serving the OEM projects that the designs come from our customers. Our monthly production capacity is about 800,000 pieces. We have been proud of receiving the highly appreciation from our customers for our skillful color-spraying and tempo-printing technique.
Our major markets are for Japan, European countries and USA. We have been producing high quality standard goods with brand name such as banpesto, sanrio and tomy etc. We are professional in production of figurines, action figures, plastic injection toys and electronic items with functions in different types of material like non-toxic PVC, ABS, PP, gpps etc......
Our production facilities have included:
1.5,400 square meters well furnished and equipped factory building.
2.10 injection machines,17 auto tempo--printing machines,10 manual silk screen printing machines,4 automatic production lines,10 polybag heat seal machine and 10 drilling machines.
3.2 groups of color-spraying team and 350 spraying booths with 300 spraying workers and 50 hand-paint workers.
4.4-ventilation production room.
5. Our strong R & d, quality control & engineering department provides a strong support of our customers' innovative ideas, concepts and new designs.
