There are around 100 qualified engineers in our R&D team being responsible for PCBA design, ID & MD design, software and hardware development for the telecommunication products. The majority of the chief engineers had been working in world wide telecom incorporation for over 15 years. JSR has complete testing methods and equipments.
1. Software testing: including software function testing and software performance testing, for module products, it also includes AT command sets testing. The testing methods include basic function testing, boundary testing, stress testing, concurrent testing, fault-tolerance testing and so on.
2. Hardware testing: including RF performance testing and baseband performance testing by using of instruments and automatic testing software, focusing on the audio indicator.
3. Reliability testing: including environmental reliability testing, structural reliability testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing. Environmental reliability testing has different focuses at different developing stages, however, checking at each level, such as the development phase of the reliability of accelerated life test, system test phase of the applicability of the ambient temperature test and the applicability of harsh environment testing, batch quality control phase of the ambient temperature running test. Structural reliability tests focused on the structure of machine reliability, test items are free to fall, tumbling fall, random vibration, key lifetime.
4. Components testing: mainly for selection tests, specific validation and small-batch validation, focusing on key components such as batteries, chargers, speakers, headphones, etc.
5. Structural components testing: mainly testing the size, wear resistance, alcohol resistance, hand sweat, adhesion tests of products, etc.
6. Compatibility testing: focusing on the test of network compatibility, UIM/SIM card compatibility, T card compatibility, etc.
7. Certification testing: mainly testing before sending the product pre-testing and in line with research and development improvements, the certification testing process tracking, etc.
