We have a few factories, specializing in the manufacture of a broad range of through hole super bright LED,top view SMDs in many types,sizes &shapes, colors , Power LEDs in lambertian,batwing & emitters in a wide spectrum of colors & walts, led PCB/led heatsink,LED seven segments/led digital display, LED dot matrixes, LED clock boards, LED light bars, LED modules, LED rigid strips, LED flexible strips, and LED back lights. We also design and manufacture a variety of LED display panels including a highly successful range of fully waterproof modules for advertising signs. Our LED manufacturing lines include epoxy potting line which is fully-automatically using state-of-the-art equipment.Our unique heat-dissipating designs & encapsulation structures keep them cool even at peak brighness. Our LED production capacity is in excess of 90 million units per month with further expansion planned.But we don't compromise quality for quantity.
Our facilities are ISO9001 quality management system certified, and all LED devices are PB free and RoHS compliant. All our LED chipsets are bought from the USA, Japan and Taiwan area,& chip fixing is automatically controlled by imported machines, we are equipped auto-die bonders,auto-wire bonders,expoxy-enveloping,encapsulation & sorting machines,With high-power automatic spectrophotometric& color separationmachine. Consistency can be controlled very well.Crystalline solid is the automatic solid crystal.(it means the chip fixing by automatic machine),so the light circle is more positively correct. Actually useful life is more than 20,000 hours at least. The temperature is controlled below 60 degrees, and the light decline is about 3% within 3,000 hours. So SNOWDRAGON products have consistency, good illumination performance, low power consumption, vibration resistance, long life & average color. Before delivery, we do all high/low temperature testing, moisture testing, indoor temperature testing, service life testing, environment temperature testing, illuminate intensity, radiation angle, wave, and various electric parameter testing and other testing.
