We are a Hong Kong based company with our own production plant, the Wei Li Plastics Machinery Co. Ltd., in China, specialized and experienced in manufacturing Reheat Stretch Blow Moulding Machine for PET, cPP, PMMA, PC, PS bottles and jars.
We are a certified ISO 9002 company, which follows international guidelines for our quality management and quality control system. We are committed to "strive for excellence" for every machine we provide and every customer we serve.
HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR MACHINES
1. We are supplying OEM reheat stretch blow moulding machines for Italian and Spanish companies under their European brand names.
2. Very often manufacturers are focusing on the machine speed, but we are also care about the Energy Efficiency in the long term. Most of the preform heating zones in normal blowing machines are equipped with powerful ventilation fans to remove 40% of the heat to speed up the preform heating process, we are making use of natural air flow in our heating zones and therefore making optimum use of the preform heating temperature for our customers. The energy saving in this design for our customers in the long-term can easily be more than the machine cost.
3. We have accumulated good enough experience and lessons in preform and bottle designs for our valuable customers in the past for different applications and materials, such as PET, PP, PC, PMMA, PS, SAN, AS, TRITAN, PES, PE, etc. And the flexibility of our machines are becoming very critical for helping our customers to meet with the daily changing market requirements nowadays! Upon request, we are more than willing to share our preform and bottle design collection with our customers for their specific needs!
