To introduce ourselves, F.I.S.H Ltd (Fiji Islands Seafood Harvest Ltd) is a privately owned company, which has just started supplying seafood in Asia. We import the freshest and finest seafood from the Fiji Islands and New Zealand. Our suppliers are carefully chosen to provide the best seafood available. We have strict conditions regarding quality control and all our shipments come with the necessary Export Licenses and Health Certificates.
The majority of our seafood comes from the Fiji Islands. Having an unpolluted and natural environment ensures that our seafood from Fiji is well above the quality that is available from Asia and other parts of the world.
Our Fiji range of seafood includes Lobster, Reef Fish (Coral Trout, various types of Grouper, Emperor, Spanish Mackeral etc), Mud Crabs and Prawns. Our New Zealand range includes various fin fish species, squid, mussels, oysters, abalone and lobster.
Orders of seafood will be flown into Hong Kong twice a week direct from Fiji and daily from New Zealand. We will eventually introduce into our product range beche-de-mer (sea cucumber) and live lobster from Fiji and New Zealand.
Our prices are very competitive with seafood from other countries.
