Keramix Hungary Kft was estabilished in 2004. In 2007 we became the supplier of several international chains like Kika, Bauhaus, Bricostore.In 2011 we lounched a production line for Costumised LED Panels, and Design LED Lamps and Costum Designed Lighting Mirrors (Laser cutting/engraving, cutter, hot/cold laminating machines). In 2013 to support our production we purchased a Lifespan Tester Machine for LED luminaries with accelerated ageing function.In the year 2015 we started to purchase four new machines for SMT process to produce LED modules and place the LED chips on the ALU PCB by ourself.The high quality and the satisfaction of our clients are guaranteed by our quality assurance cetification: ISO 9001. All of our products are CE marked in line with the relevant Directive.Our office and the production facility is located in Martonvásár, Hungary. Our main advantega is the flexibility, we specialized for the special customized requirements, the small and mid size quantities, the company owned almost the all machines for the whole production from the led placement up to the final metal and plastix works. We have a testing room with a special lifespan tester machine. Our engineering department is responsible for the innovation, the high quality technologyy and of cousre the design. - Engineering service: electrical construction planning and lighting design planning serviceWe are experienced in electronical assembly of mostly lights and luminaries due to manufacturing our own LED panels and lighting mirrors.The Assembly is carried out on an assembly line conveyor in a separated ESD area which complies with the standards.Basically, we have been specialized in the placement of PCB with SMT (Surface Mounted Technology), and we have a production line for the whole process. TH (Trough Hole) and mixed soldering are manually carried out.Our production line parameters
