We also extract Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CSNL) from the Cashew Shells which are west generated while processing the raw cashew. We have installed capacity to extract over 90. 0 MT per year.
It is used to manufacture High-grade varnish and enamels, Air Drying Lacquer etc.
After Extracting CSNL the shells are crushed to make Shell Cake one of the best fuels. It is mainly used by cashew industries, tile manufacturing units etc. It also used as conventional boiler fuel. The oil cake is also suitable feedstock for generating producer gas both for boiler and IC engines.
