Ecofirst agro India private limited is a member of the ecofirst consolidated berhad of Malaysia is involved with setting up of bio Diesel plants and tissue culture laboratory in various parts of India.
Ecofirst along with its associate company palmtech India Limited is also involved with oil palm development in the States of andhra pradesh and karnataka. The company has also set up a processing plant for processing oil palm fruit bunches with imported machinery from Malaysia in east godavari district, andhra pradesh.
Ecofirst, as part of its business development operation, is in the process of setting up a bio Diesel plant of 30 tpd capacity for manufacturer of bio Diesel from imported crude palm oil from Malaysia / Indonesia. The technical collaboration for setting up of the bio Diesel plant with foreign machinery manufacturers is under advanced stage.
We are also setting up a bio-technology laboratory at mysore (karnataka state) with technical collaboration from eminent scientists drawn from various research institutions in the country for manufacture of tissue culture plants particularly in the areas of herbal, medicinal and floriculture plants. We have ready stocks of hardened sandal wood plants for export purpose.
