Now currently we are under auditing of ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 for Environmental and Employee Health and Safety.
We are the manufacturer and supplier of fabricated and rubberlined Pressure vessels, Water and Acid storage tanks, Dish Ends, Sand Filters, Agitators , Outlet Boxes, Heater shells, Tube Holder plates, Evaporators, Rollers [with diamond groove cutting), Pipes and fittings , rubber sheets, gaskets, moulded components and many more since 1980. We are highly skilled and specialized in manufacturing most challenging, complicated jobs and we have suceeded in increasing the quality and life of our rubber lined equipments by continuous research of our rubber compounds.
Codes followed:
1. IS 4682 Part I/BS 6374 Part 5 for Rubber lining.
2. IS 3400 for Testing of Vulcanized rubber
3. ASME Sec VIII div 1 for pressure vessel fabrication
We have highly skilled and experienced engineers to lead our fabircation team and qualified welders for fabricating all kinds of Pressure vessels, Tanks, Pipes and fittings and other equipments suitable in accordance with the standard code followed for Rubber lining.
Our founder and current chairman Mr. V. Vajravel has got tremendous experience in Fabrication and Rubberlining for more than 40 years.
We have been recieving Export Merit Awards continuously since 1998 from AIRIA [All India Rubber Industries Association] and various other awards like Udyog Bharathi Award for outstanding achievements in Business Excellence and quality achievements and all India Business and Community foundation award for his quality Excellence and many more.
We also undertake commissioning & erection or only supervision at site as per customer's requirement.
Our Natural Ebonite Hard Rubber compound is USFDA approved as Food Grade Rubber suitable for Lining of Equipments used in Water storage/Treatment and Food Processing Plants.
