Auromirra, made up of two words-Sri Aurobindo and Mirra Alfassa (better known simply as The Mother) -is a new generation enterprise located in the city of Puducherry (formerly Pondicherry) . The city of Pondicherry, the French Riviera of the East, is the seat of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, an ashram created by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother to give the world a re-generated insight into natural style of living.
