Designs
1. Civil Structural Engineering: Complete design of foundations, Structures, Utility buildings Sheds
2. Mechanical Production Engineering: Complete design of Furnace parts, conveying systems, equipments, refractory lining for furnace, pollution control equipment specs & raw material specifications
3. Electrical engineering: Complete design of Electrical system required for Ferro alloy plant like Sub station with detailed specification of electrical equipments & control panels, transformers, cables, lighting design e. t. c.
4. Instrumentation engineering: Design of instrumentation system for batching & weighing system and other instrumentation systems.
Execution Construction
1. We engage our specialist workmen like Mechanical foremen, fitters, welders, cutters, riggers e at site for construction of plant.
2. We also engage Specialist Engineers for supervising the works.
3. We start the project from green field stage and work till the completion & trial run of plant.
Procurement
1. We give you the detailed specifications of the various material / equipment that are to be bought out and guide you through the procurement process.
Drawings
1. We produce and supply the drawings required for construction of plant. Which will be submitted you for your future reference.
2. We also Supply drawings for Approvals from statutory authorities like factories inspectorate, Electrical Inspectorate
Liaison works
1. We extend our full cooperation to your liaison dept works
a. Providing necessary drawings & documents required in getting approvals from statutory authorities like Factories Inspector, pollution board, Electrical Inspectorate.
b. Preparation of feasibility reports Project reports for financial purpose.
