Raj Ceramics

Raj Ceramics was established as a Partnership firm in 1982.The works is situated at P.O.Hardag, Dist. Ranchi on Ranchi-Chaibasa Road. Raj Ceramics started its operations initially for Kyanite Calcination and later on started manufacturing of Refractory Bricks & Shapes.

In 1994, we started manufacturing Magnesia Carbon bricks (MCB) for Electric Arc Furnace and Ladle Refining Furnace. The year 1995-96 brought about a historical change as Raj Ceramics executed its first export order to Western Europe and since then the company has been marching ahead from strength to strength with regular repeat export orders. 1997 saw starting of manufacturing of Precast Prefired Low Cement Castable Shapes. We commissioned our High Temperature (oil fired) Shuttle Kiln in 2001 which has enabled us to manufacture products for non-ferrous industry also. We also completed our modernization-cum-expansion plan in 2001 thereby increasing our production capacity from 3600 MT to 6000 MT p.a. for better quality processing & controls. In the year 2002 we started manufacturing Insulation bricks (Porosint quality) and in year 1993 first export of Insulation was done. Raj Ceramics has always tried to satisfy its customers which has resulted in long lasting relationships with our customers. There has always been emphasis on maintaining very high quality standards. In the year 1993 the company was accredited with ISO 9000:2001 certification by BSI India (P) Ltd.
