After arrival of ms sheet, the sheets are sheared into required sizes then the said material is processed on power press. The operations carried out on power press are blanking, forming; bending etc. After that the material is projection or spot welding as per the requirement. Then the welding operation is carried out. After welding operation, the final inspection of the job is done. For inspection the factors like dimensions, visual/appearance, burr, spatter etc are asorted. Then packing is done as per instruction of the customer & the goods are dispatched.
