We wish to introduce ourselves also as a manufacturer and exporter of Pellets.
Sugar pellets are used as critical excipient for controlled or sustained release drug delivery technologies. Sugar spheres are inert pellets composed by sucrose and maize starch. Sugar pellets offer an excellent quality: A homogeneous population of sugar spheres with a high sphericity.

Sugar pellets are drug-free cores, which are coated by a suspension or a solution of Active Ingredients (with a binder). Coating technologies used are either a classic coating process or a fluid bed coating machine.
The Pellet sphericity allows a precise calculation of the drug quantity to spray on pellets. For a drug delivery system, a second polymeric layer is applied on pellets in order to obtain the desired drug dissolution profiles.

The main advantage of using Sugar pellets is to produce pellets with a uniformity of drug content in the final dosage form (capsules).

Our plant is situated at Nasik, Maherashtra. We are fully equipped in premises of 3000-sqf areas. Our capacity of production is 1500 KG/Day
We supply the material in 50 KG Fiber Drums, We Accept orders Minimum in 500 KG capacity. The rates will be quoted after the confirmation of the quantity.
