Our supporting unit is having an ultra modern manufacturing plant stands in an area of 20,000 sq. ft and draws for the company an annual turn over of approximately six crores in INR.
Our supporting manufacturing unit takes utmost care of all aspects for glove manufacturing, from procurement of raw material to processing and manufacturing they ensure that quality is maintained. They keep in mind industry specific requirements and channelize their resources to manufacture gloves that are multi utility in nature. Their team comprises of experts who have in depth knowledge of latex industry. They direct their talent and expertise in the making of the gloves at all stages, so that premium quality results. They take pride in their work force and provide them with regular training sessions to sharpen their skills.
Their emphasis on quality has earned them ISO 9001:2008 certificates from TUV Suddeutschland, Germany and ISO 13485:2003 from EVPU, Nova Dubnica, Slovak Republic. Their manufacturing unit is registered with US FDA 510K. Their Surgical and Examination gloves meet ASTM D 3577 and D 3578, EN 455 standards. This has been tested and confirmed by Indian Rubber Board. All their sterile and non sterile examination and surgical gloves are CE certified.
