This year also due to less demand throughout the season from Jan-August, there are still stocks lying with the manufacturers / suppliers and are in the hope for the market to increase.

Forecast by the experts, it is estimated that the new season crop for raw onions is late by about 1 and half month this year, due to heavy rains in Gujarat and throughout India.

Further to your information there are about 25 Onion Dehydration manufacturers here and the total production of Dehydrated Onions is about 17000 m.tons, throughout the season.
