Avaneetha Textiles (P) Ltd, was established during 2006 in Coimbatore, the Manchester of South India, is managed by well qualified and experienced management team of Mrs.Umasekar (Managing Director),Mrs.Kalpana Anand (Executive Director) in the textile industry with a collective experience of over 4 decades of traditional back ground has been instrumental for the sustained growth of the Company.
State of the art highly streamlined machineries with total 36000 spindles with JOSSI cotton contamination cleaning machine, RIETER and TRUTZSCHELER imported preparatory machines with Draft air Continuous waste collection system and Humidification Plant. Thus all our preparatory processes are auto-leveled, contamination controlled. Oerlikon autoconers equipped with USTER QUNTUM 2 with siro cleaner for the manufacture of contamination controlled yarn.
The yarn produced from our state-of-art plant; satisfy the needs of a wide spectrum knitting end-users, auto-coned, spliced, and electronically cleared and contamination freed. We are manufacturing 100% cotton hosiery yarn of various counts ranging from 20s to 40s both carded and combed.
We produce quality yarn meeting customer satisfaction at International level, equipped USTER Testing Equipment to carryout testing at various stages from cotton to yarn. Delivery of Conditioned Yarn with Pallet Packing facility is also available.
Our clients are well delighted with the results of excellent fabric appearance. Our yarn regularly seizes a major part of market among the knitting industries in Tirupur, the Knitting World in Asia. Moreover our yarn is exported to various countries such as U.A.E, U.K., Bangladesh, etc. In addition our yarn is supplied to major exporters in India who supplies the garment made of our yarns to many countries. Our yarn is generally used for various knitted garments such as T-Shirts, foundation garments, for different climatic conditions.
