Profilewe would like to introduce ourselves as perfect poly print specialized in the manufacturing multi colour flexo printed polybags with the facility of side sealing/gauzzeting/flap making/inner flap making/air holing. We also have bottom sealing machine, which could be used for making dead man fold polybags and master polybags for the export garment industry. The flexo machine could also be used for slitting the pp, ldpe and hm rolls. We have the facility to manufacture ppand ldpe polybags. We could also fulfill your requirements of hm materials. We are targeting the market of garment exporters in and around chennai. The total number of garment exporters would be approximately 800 nos.
We have the ability to produce 25000pcs to 30000pcs of side sealed polybags and 10000pcs of bottom sealed polybags for the domestic and export market. We also have the facility to manufacture 8000pcs of hanger cut and hanger hole polybags
We stand guarantee for the quality of our product. We would be stocking 5 to 6 tonnes of raw material at any point of time to ensure the smooth running of the factory so that the customers are not let down.
We have an efficient back up of senior marketing personals who has practical experience of 5 years in the field of garment accessory selling. We also have a team of skilled work force who would be our backbone for our finished product.
We follow certain systems like job cards etc. Which would minimize the irregularities during manufacturing which also helps in multi point check of the products manufactured by us.
