Ginning:
Started in the year 1950, this is our oldest division. Today it is completely modernized and contamination controlled as per the current needs and is also TMC approved. (Technical Mission on Cotton, Approved by Textile ministry of India- Govt. of. Indi a).
Fully automatic plant with minimum intervention of labour. Separate team for contamination separation.
Our in-depth knowledge of quality requirements downstream gives us an edge in having appropriate classification I Grading for our cotton bales.


Spinning:
Gimatex has prima rily a large spinning capaci ty cateri ng to the variety of needs of the customers. Starting from 25000 spindles in the year 1996, today the company has more than 100000 spindles with utmost modern produc tion and testi ng facilities which delivers superior total value to the c ustomer. The state-of-the-art machines have been imported from Switzerland, Germany, Japan etc. and is managed by top technocrats in the cou ntry.
