HIL is engaged in manufacturing of corrugated and flat Fiber Cement sheets with brand name Charminar and Aerocon, AAC light weight Blocks and Pre Fabricated Sandwiched wall panels again branded as Aerocon.

The Engineering Division of HIL is engaged in manufacturing of Plant and Machinery for above products and has capability to provide total plant technology, design engineering , project engineering and management services. HIL have the capabilities to design, manufacture and provide complete solution to Fiber Cement Sheet Manufacturing Equipment, right from the RM section, Vats, Main Machine, Stackers, Destackers, and all the accessories like Trolleys, ATHS, Moulds, Templates, Pumps, entire process automation including PLC programming and field instrumentation. We have supplied plant and machinery related to Fiber Cement Sheet manufacturing to various countries across the world, besides manufacturing them for the captive consumption and supplying to clients in the home market. The distinction of being the manufacturer of the Fiber Cement Sheet and also the equipments, gives us an edge in incorporating the advancements and developments done at the plant operations into the equipment design.

HIL can provide manufacturing and supply of Steel Moulds and Templates. We have set up a new manufacturing line for steel moulds in Hyderabad by acquiring a new fully programmable automatic CNC Hydraulic Press with latest technology to manufacture steel moulds of various profiles up to a length of 7 meters. A wide range of profiles can be pressed. The process of steel mould production includes plasma-cutting for the required width of moulds, deburring and rounding off the corners.
HIL can also provide technical services including raw material testing , lab scale and Pilot plant trials, Class room training and on job training, erection and commissioning support, Plant stabilization and operational support.
