We are coming up with a new spinning unit in Northern India.

In the beginning we have around 150 Tons per month Production on Melange in Count 20,24 and 30s, and around 200 Tons production in OE Dyed yarn with count range of 16/1 to 20/1 in 100% Cotton. Especially for Towel and Socks and Knitting market.

Further we have also Planned around 250 Tons Production in Synthetic Blended Dyed yarns on OE only, where we can process all type of blends with Polyester, Acrylic, Viscose, Modal, Flex, Bamboo, etc. In 100% as well as Blends as per the market requirement.

Further we have 3 more sections in grey where we shall process carded and combed yarns in RS count range from 10/1 to 30/1. Total Production is around 350 Tons per month.

Further we have planned 8 OE Autocoro Machines producing 6 to 20/1 OE yarn for Denim and towel market Producing aprox 750 Tons per month.

Similarly we have another section of grey Synthetic OE yarns where we intend to produce PC Blended yarns in various Blend ration or any other Blend with cotton or Polyester or any other Synthetic/Natural Fiber as per market demands. Total production will be about 200 Tons.

All the sections together intend to produce total about 1500 MT per month regularly.

Kindly arrange to support us by sending details of Yarns in Coarse as well as Fine counts so that we may prepare our self immediately by producing counter samples as per your immediate requirements for approvals.

Our Commercial production will start around First week of October and Trial sampling has already been started.
