We, IMMENSE HEALTHCARE PVT LTD are established in the year 2003, having marked our presence in many states of INDIA. We also represent many reputed Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to market their products in the Government as well as Semi-government Institutions in Maharashtra State of India. Leveraging of more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry by our team, we have developed our expertise in manufacture of value added Ayurvedic, Herbal and Nutraceutical products to cater the requirement of health and medical fraternity. In our manufacturing process we make sure that all our products are developed as per the requirements and specifications of our clients. At present we offer our services to more than 25 reputed companies by manufacturing their own brands under Third Party Agreement.

Now we are equipped with our state-of art manufacturing unit, situated at Vasai, the place less than 20km from Mumbai. Our ambitious planning and the modern infrastructure in the unit aim us to cater our quality products in the segment of Ayurvedic Medicines & Herbal Preparations as well as Nutritional Food Supplements, to our domestic and overseas clients. Our aim is to offer best solutions to our clients to develop & market the products with natural cure thereby giving the best results. Being situated at Vasai, the nearest commercial hub to Mumbai, we have swift and efficient transport facilities, inventory and distribution systems to move the goods to Mumbai Port to fulfill the timely requirement of International Market. The infrastructure makes us capable of fulfilling bulk orders within stipulated time frame.

INFRASTRUCTURE
We have profound manufacturing facilities for Powder, Capsules, Syrup and Oil. The unit is approved and certified as GMP Unit by the Foods and Drugs Administration, Maharashtra State. We are also registered under Directorate of Industries as well as Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. We are awarded ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP Codex certificate. The built-in capacity with modern machines enables us in the manufacture of a range of products in bulk quantity within the stipulated time frame. Our efficient transport and distribution network felicitates faster delivery.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The quality tests are conducted as per the standards lead down in Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India which is published by Department of AYUSH, Government of India. Each batch of our products is stringently checked for quality standards. We have a team of highly experienced Pharmacists and Ayurveda Doctors. Our quality experts ensure stringent testing procedures at every step of each batch to assure the optimum level of quality. Above all we have tie-ups with Government Approved Quality Control Laboratory, where higher standard checks with modern equipments are performed. The products are packed in the high quality food grade material to protect from moisture and damages.
