Products We manufacture:
Presently, the company has installed facility to manufacture oil filled Power & Distribution Transformers with 'Low Loss & High Efficiency Models', ranging from 5 KVA to 10 MVA with all voltage class up to 33 KV, indoor/outdoor type, pole/platform mounted, single phase/three phase versions, 50 Hz, ONAN/ONAF cooled, step up/step down, double wound with Copper/Aluminium-conductor, continuous duty transformers with 'A' Class Insulation and designed to withstand Short Circuit & Impulse Tests in accordance with various National and International standards such as IEC/BS/ANSI/IS/NEEMA.
Our transformers are Type tested at world renowned laboratories like Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) etc. accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).
Our Distribution Transformers upto 200 KVA are 3 Star and 4 Star rated by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).

Services We offer:
1. Repair of Power & Distribution Transformers :
We undertake repair of Power & Distribution Transformers, of any make, from 5 KVA to 10 MVA in all voltage class upto 33 KV, Single ph./Three ph., ONAN type. We also give rough cost estimate to take immediate decisions regarding repairs. Each repaired transformer is tested at our site for all its Routine tests and respective test certificate is issued with one year warrantee. We suggest suitable alterations in the design of transformers undertaken for repair for their trouble free operations thereafter.
2. Stand By Service for Power & Distribution Transformers:
We are providing Stand by service for Power & Distribution Transformers. We know that, the downtime loss due to the failure of transformer in any production activity becomes unbearable. So, we provide 'stand-by/transformers on hire service' for Power & Distribution Transformers from 5 KVA to 10 MVA in all voltage class upto 33 KV.
3. Transformer Oil Testing Service:
We undergo testing & filtration of transformer oil. Insulating oil forms a very significant part of the transformer insulation system and has important functions of acting as an electrical insulation as well as coolant to dissipate heat losses. To perform these functions, the oil must have the necessary qualities at the time of initial filling and later maintain the same in field operations. The proper treatment and upgrading of transformer insulating oil results in improvement of properties of entire insulating media of Power & Distribution Transformers. Oil filtration process upgrades the new and used electrical insulating oil. We provide testing & filtration services for transformer oil.
