Established by Late Sheetla Prasad Agnihotri in early Seventies of the twentieth century, starting from a simple retail shop SB Group has reached every dimension of progress, be it in the field of Manufacturing, Distribution, Trading, Distribution, Import or Technology.
The Group has been run successfully by generations of Agnihotri family, each one increasing the width of the fame. SB Group has joined hands with leading Aromatic Industrial Companies of India and started as a distributor in the Eastern U.P. Region for most of them. The range of products widens from Industrial chemicals to Desi Attars (extract from Precious woods) and industries associated ranging from cosmetics to Tobbacco and Medicinal ones.
SB Group started its manufacturing unit in middle of Eighties in the name of Puja Borneol Industries with Iso Borneol Flakes as the basic product under the brand name POOJA. Gradually increasing the related product list, Company is manufacturing Camphor (a chemical , widely used for Medicinal and Religious purpose) in different varieties as per usage. Widening the area, Company is now in process of setting up a manufacturing plant in the outskirts of Varanasi District covering a well constructed area of around 10000 sq. mtrs. For complete range of Aromatic Industrial chemicals manufacturing. A separate unit is also being developed for research and development of Chemicals with the support of Highly qualified Chemists and supporting Hi-tech equipments. PBI is also in process of exporting the quality products in form of end user products and has tied hands with some prominent distributing firms of China, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
Trading and Distribution has been a key excellence area for the group since its establishment. Adding to the perfection, its ace trading firms, Sugandh Bhandar and Sugandha has both been involved in joining hands with renowned International Organizations such as Givaudun & Co., Charabot Chemicals, Leffingwell Associates etc. We are now in process of being the Regional Distributors for these renowned names too. Incresing product list as well, both the firms have also started Import of Spices and Food Products from other countries such as United States of America, China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Australia and distributed it to the north Indian market.
