SPARE PARTS
CRM has exported Automatic Pouch Packing machines to many countries so it has been taking special care concerning efficient supply of high quality spare parts at competitive prices. Whenever we export the machine we provide quotation or estimate for important spare parts to be kept by the customer in ready stock so that minimum time is lost owing to any break down in the machine. Export documented & customs cleared spares are courier through reputed courier companies so that customer can check the movement of consignment on Internet.

TRAINING
CRM recognizes the importance of operation skills and maintenance skills of the machine operator. We generally advise our Indian customers and foreign customers to depute their technicians to our factory in
Hyderabad, India for training. During training customers technician has to learn proper commissioning, proper operation, preventive maintenance etc. of machine. Moreover, customers technician can pouch pack his companys product (during training) by using the machine manufactured by CRM for his company. Such trained technicians can commission the machines easily at their sites.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
Owing to several reason many companies are not able to depute their technicians for training at Mew factory. In such case, if requested by the customer, CRM can depute our Service Engineer to any location in India or abroad (against nominal charges) for commissioning of machine as well as to provide short duration training to the technician of customer at site.
CRM has several Service Engineers holding valid passports and experience of having traveled to many countries.

We dispatch the machines along with Operation Manuals. In case of any difficulties customers can seek our technical advice through e-mail, fax or phone call.
