In 1998 Oriel launched application software for Retail Industry, CRM with Basic Financial Accounting on a 2tier (Client / Server Technology) and became popular in this industry all over India in a very short span.
Initially we were providing solutions for POS, Inventory & CRM but, by the response we integrated many other modules like Complete Financial Accounting, Purchases, Invoicing and Production / HRA / On-Line System. We can say that a Retail Industry / House can get complete solution under one umbrella.
In the year 2008 we bagged a corporate order from BIRLA TYRES a unit of Kesoram Industries Limited who had achieved a turnover of Rs.2000 Crores ( USD 0.4 Billion ) and is marching towards to achieve a turnover Rs.6000 Crores (USD 1.2 Billion) in next 2 years. Here we had a tough competition from software giants like SAP, RAMCO, Microsoft, TCS. These companies undoubtedly make no compromise for quality, cost & support.
But still we could get the order because we stick to our fundamentals like cost effective, dependability, reliable solution with no compromise on the quality of the output.
We have provided a on-line software solution with 3-tier technology implemented in 225 locations all over India to BIRLA TYRES with concurrent users up to 350.
This speaks of our ability to perform in any challenging conditions.
