About our Production Infrastructure:-
Overseas International is well capable to make all types of shock absorbers for Heavy Trucks, Buses, Trailer. The accuracy and reliability of AIKO shock absorbers are unquestioned since we have complete state of the art in house production infrastructure. The fact we manufacture the whole range with in our own production facilities means we can control the quality of our procedures and components AIKO guarantee this quality in all its systems to the level of any international quality standard parameters.

*In Welding Shop we have Seem Welding, Projection Welding, Mig Welding and all helping Pneumatics jigs and fixtures to speed up of production with accuracy desired.
*In Assy. Shop we have pneumatic Assy. Of the Piston rod, Tube cleaning machine, Calibration machine, Online testing machine and Shock absorbers sealing machine.
*In Paint shop we have Paint shop with paint booths with in built oven.
*In machine shops we have special purpose machines like Tube cutting, Piston rod cutting machine, Eye ring cutting machine.
*In grinding section we have center less grinder with burnishing machine for super finish of the piston rods.
*In sheet metal section we have power presses to make components of shock absorbers.
* In R.D. Department we have all testing machines to insure to check the quality of Shock absorbers as well samples testing.
