1. International Trade :Commodities, Metals, Consumer and Consumer Durable Products,
2. Import, Export, Publishing & Distribution: Premium Reference, Scientific, Technical and Management Books
3. Import & Trading :Electronics, Computer Hardware & Auto Aircon Parts
4 Exports of Ready Made Garments especially Casual, Sports Wear & Beach Wear to USA, Europe and Caribbean
5. Investment & Strategic Alliances :Apart from these Divisions the Group has S P Vs to undertake different business disciplines Like Mining of Gold & Precious Metals , Food, Real Estate & Infrastructure, IT& IT enable services
In Year 1986 , The Company ventured into debut venture of Publishing of Yellow Pages Directories of New Delhi, Lucknow,Jaipur and Indore,until 1990,This Concept was launched first time in India.The Company was Managing a team of 800 people with 10 Sales and 2 Production Locations.
Having the experience of Direct Sales and Company took up the Indian Franchise of Linguaphone Language Institute Ltd,UK in 1990 a world known brand in self-study Language Courses, and Also Ventured into Distribution of CD Rom Data Basis, by world renowned publishers like Silver Platter, Medline, Cambridge, name a few.
The IT industry was at Boom and Vast Potential of IT and Telcomminication Hardware ,the Company Ventured in to Manufacturing of IT and Computer Hardware in 1994 until 2003,After that with the drastic downfall in Import Duties, The ABI Focused on Trading and expanded in to Import and Export of Merchandise,

During these years The Company have setup and diversified into all those areas of Business, It had added value and experience to the Company. Over the years supported by my vast experience and expertise, We have gained Good Human Resource and knowledge of various Domain, The team of Professional have added other disciplines to the business carrying it to the heights of credentials and repute.


Under the umbrella of its dedicated and hard working team of Directors and staff ABI Overseas Ltd, over the two and Half decades the company has ventured into many hi-tech areas, Computer Hardware and Software being one amongst them.
The Company has been able to Establish an extensive Customer Base in North America, Canada, South East Asia apart from Exploring India during Our course of Business Development, The Professional Team is still Traveling and Planning travel to New Destination for Business Development.

Mr Vipen Kumar is amongst one of the key Executive Officer of ABI Overseas Limited (Group). He is looking after Strategic Functions of the Group's Long Term Vision & Business Plans in addition to Overall Management of the Group .He is assisted by the Board of Directors and Experienced team of Professionals. He started his business Career at the age of 21 years.
