1. The PBX & Key Phone Division :
Manufacturing, marketing & servicing of the widest range of Digital, Analog, PRI & IP technology based PBX systems from 3 limes to 8000 lines. It has above 4.5 million Extn users, seven hundred distributors & two thousand resellers. There is very big list of satisfied customers from corporate, enterprise, defence, MNC & SME segments. Our products are under rate contract with Airtel, Reliance, Tata & DGS&D for different market segments.
2. The GSM Pay Phone Division :
It involves in designing, manufacturing, marketing & servicing of GSM Pay Phones, Fixed Cellular Terminals and Fixed Wireless Phones directly for GSM Operators like - Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL & Aircel at national level.
3. The Mobile Phone & Accessories Division :
(i). It is a well determined & serious business of Accord to start with entry level handsets for rural & urban market at national level. The product portfolio will be enhanced quickly by adding mid level & business handsets shortly in GSM & CDMA.
(ii). Each & every Accord handset being inducted is supposed to be the best in its own category from the point of view of technical stability, features & value for money. .
(iii). All products will be backed by effective nation wide after sales service support through around one thousand Accord customer care centres. These centres will be well controlled by 21 sales, service & logistic offices of Accord in following locations -
