Tape Extrusion Lines
Suitable to process PP/HDPE tapes for wide variety of applications such as Woven/Knitted bags, Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, Carpet Backings, Tarpaulins, Wrapping fabrics, Ropes & Twines etc. The processing speeds ranges from 350 mpm to 600 mpm and melt extrusion capacities from 260 to 900kg/hr.
Tape Winders
For winding flat/fibrillated tapes of different widths, with speed up to 600 m/min to produce cross-wound packages in 200/250/300 mm traverse length for circular/flat weaving & knitting applications. The latest autoroto Version 2 enables auto transfer of tapes from full package to empty tube and gives equal length tapes in all bobbins.
Circular Looms
It has a wide range of fabric weaving width to cater to a vast range of end applications viz. packaging of plastic granules/chemicals/fertilizers/food grain/seeds/husk or cattle feed/cone & fabric rolls in textile industry, covering fabric including Tarpaulins, Leno (open mesh) fabric for perishable fruits/vegetables, Jumbo bags, Geo textile etc.
Extrusion Coating Machine
With extrusion melt capacity of 220 kg/hr., working width of 1500 mm and speed up to 120 m/min for single/double sided coating of flat/tubular fabric with PP/LDPE.
Printing Machine
6 color Flexographic roll-to-roll printing machine is suitable for very fine quality printing on PP/HDPE woven fabric and also PET/BOPP films at speeds up to 150 m/min.
Bag Conversion System
The bcs 850/40 measures out PP/HDPE woven tubular fabric, cuts them to pre-set length, bottom folds and stitches to deliver neat stacks of bags at the speed of 40 bags /min.
Polypropylene Multifilament Spin Draw Wind Lines
babylofil HT and lofil 40/4 HT are compact engineering solutions for spinning small batches of High Tenacity PP multifilament yarns which are ready to use as sewing yarn for stitching of woven sacks or Jumbo bags.
